Our Polenta Bread is made with certified organic polenta from Farmer Ground Flour in New York's Finger Lakes region, the shared project of millers Greg Russo and Neal Johnston, and organic farmer Thor Oechsner.
Available Monday, Wednesday and Saturdays at our cafe and in stores. Also available in stores as a sliced loaf on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Sliced polenta stays on the shelf for two days or until it sells out!
Ingredients: Water, unbleached wheat flour* (Grown in Quebec), Farmer Ground Flour polenta (milled from yellow corn), Vermont honey, salt, bakers yeast.
