Sprouternickel is Pumpernickel's cousin, gussied up for the prom. It begins with Certified Organic whole rye flour grown in the Finger Lakes region of NY and milled here at the bakery, and features sprouted rye berries and organic sunflower seeds.

Baked and delivered on Mondays and Thursdays. Sprouternickel stays on the shelf for 3 days or until it sells out!
