A summer specialty, our Danish has a dough all it's own. The addition of eggs, milk and a bit of sugar gives the pastry a richer softer, more bread-like texture. We change up the flavor throughout the summer, cycling through seasonal local fruits.  

Our current fruit Dansih is strawberry cream cheese, with strawberries from Cabot Smith Farm in Cabot, Vermont.
