Whole, roasted, VT-grown organic yellow potatoes give this special bread a unique color, texture, and flavor. The interior is sweet, moist, and light, and the crust is deep brown from the caramelized potatoes.

Available in our cafe and it stores on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. Also available as a sliced loaf in stores on Wednesdays and Saturdays. Sliced potato bread stays on the shelf for 2 days or until it sells out!
