The Cyrus Pringle is  made entirely with QC and VT-grown wheat. Of course, that is only a notable fact if it’s good bread, and this one has turned into a real favorite. It’s milder than our purely naturally-leavened breads but still has a chewy texture and wheaty flavor.


Unbleached wheat flour (QC-grown)*, water, stoneground and bolted wheat flour (VT-grown)*, salt, fresg baker's yeast.
